Shipping policy
At Inkara Aftercare, we work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly and carefully as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination, but most domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not guarantee shipping to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations unless otherwise stated.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Inkara Aftercare is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Inkara Aftercare is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at [your customer service email]. We will do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Inkara Aftercare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at team@inkaraaftercare.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on a resolution.
